bad name for local business owners‎
tried these guys out for a rental property and then after a year of service they tried to say I had to have two accounts with them since the property was a two family even though the trash was only being used by one tenant, the other side is vacant. sorry to say this but i guess ill have to support the out of town chain, get a clue American Eagle.‎

Incorrect information on website‎
Company states they service Jefferson County on ads and website. Has nice map showing area they service- however they don't service the areas listed on the map. Poor advertisement for services.‎
